If you click on the help in your Intenet Explorer, and then select “About…..” it will tell you the version number.
In version 8, near the bottom of the screen, there is a little button that you can change the size of the text on the screen. I’m not sure if that changes the size of the text when you print – and I am totally out of paper so I can’t try it out for you.
At the least, I’m bumping up the post for you! lol
Thank you, I have version 8. I tried what you suggested and it didn’t work. I also tried printing it from my file “thing” instead of the Organizer screen and it did not let me go any larger. Maybe there is another way.
This may be the same as the text size button near the bottom of the screen but it’s worth a try since we’ve tested it successfully in IE 8 to increase the text size for printing.
Click on the Page menu, located towards the far right hand side of your browser’s Tab Bar. When the drop-down menu appears, select the Text Size option.
A sub-menu should now appear to the right of the Text Size option. The following choices are given in this sub-menu: Largest, Larger, Medium (default), Smaller, and Smallest. The choice that is currently active is notated with a black dot to the left of its name.
Also double-check in the dialog that appears when you print. There should be a magnification set at 100%. If it’s less than 100% then it is shrinking the page so you’ll want to fix that. You can set it higher but it may cut off part of the page. Setting the text larger as described above is the better solution.
