Hi! I’ve been hanging out here and reading and gleaning information for a few months now and decided that it was time to register.
My name is Rebecca. I have 6 boys ages 12, 11, 8, 6, 4 and 2 months and 1 girl age 2.
We’ve been homeschooling from the beginning. I’ve always used “pre-packaged” curriculums but have found that they don’t fit my family well and I have a hard time tweaking them enough to get them to work. So this year, I’m creating my own. I’ve already got the SCM planning your own curriculum book and have been working thru that. So glad Sonja wrote that book!

Welcome, Rebecca. Glad to see you have signed on. This forum is so helpful and encouraging. God has used these women and men (Don’t want to leave out Doug) to renew me during those times of frustration or those times where I just don’t know how to implement something. SCM has been a blessing I am sure you will be blessed as I have.
