Internship for high school credit

    Next year my daughter is able to be an intern at the horse stables she is working at.  Does anyone know if she could apply this time towards a high school credit?  If so, what credit could it go towards? Our state laws are very lenient in Illinois.

    Yes!  I am completing a high school  seminar from Living Books curriculum it is charlotte mason apporach.  It doesn’t give you a curriculum but gives you information about creating your own high school curriculum.  This weeks lesson was about transcripts and they had this very topic.  Her daughter was able to count her work with horses as 2 or 3 credits-she did a variety of things among the internship.  I can’t quote her information as it has a copyright

    Thank you for your help.  It looks like I need to do some research.  At least I know it is an option.
