I Buy a School??

I have seen reference for a book titled I Buy a School by Marion Berry. I’ve tried to search for a copy (and checked interlibrary loan and found that there is only one copy in the United States- which I cannot borrow.) Does anyone know if there’s a way to find the book? Or is it just out of print and hard to locate? I was hoping maybe some of you homeschool librarians might have insight. 🙂
