I was looking online because I’d like to try and do hymn study this year. I found this website and thought I’d share with you. Maybe it wouldn’t be helpful for you but it at least might help me a bit to get my feet wet.

Would anyone else have a website where I could go to .. dont’ have financies to buy anything so I need to be using what I have.. Thanks Misty
SharityMemberHymn study is something I’ll be adding in next school year, too, so I’ll be glad to see other replies.
I’ve seen http://www.nethymnal.org suggested. Each hymn has its own page where the lyrics are typed out and the music is played. It also has a pic of the writer and links to their bio. It may be a good starting place at least. Especially, if you don’t have access to hymn recordings.
Blessings!

cherylramirezParticipantJust wanted to chime in a second to CoastalCarol’s recommendation. We have been using this site for our hymn study for nearly a year. There are enough hymns, stories and devotions to keep you busy for quite a long time. You can also download the hymn via MP3 too!
TristanParticipantWe use this free Church Music site. I love that for each hymn you can:
- Listen to the song
- Print the music
- Download the song
- Change the music key and tempo
- Learn them in American Sign Language
- There is a Children’s Songbook too!
