How to schedule around holdiays w/ the organizer?

    I have decided to use the organizer and I’m so excited about this!  I think I’m pretty clear on how to make it work except I’m not for sure how to schedule my resources around holidays.  For instance I want to schedule Saxon Algebra 2.  I will be using this book 4 days a week Tues.- Fri.  Is their an easy way to skip a week for vacation or for Thanksgiving?  Will I need to do this multiple times scheduling and stopping for our days off?

    As you aren’t scheduling a specific assignment for a specific date, but are just saying to do a lesson/chapter/whatever from Tues-Friday, all you have to do for holidays is not mark off that you did anything.  The next assignments will show up after the holiday.  No muss, no fuss.
