Hi! We took a field trip to a water conservation garden. We learned so much and observed so many interesting plants and vegetation; however, I’m not sure how to add it to our CM Organizer in order to count that day as a field trip day…I greatly appreciate thoughts and ideas on how to do add a field trip to our school calendar for a particular day.

I’d suggest making a new resource just for your own use for the field trip. You can schedule it for Today so it will be on your Daily Plan to mark off, then backdate it with the calendar icon to the date you took the trip. The notes box is a great place to record how long the trip was if you need to track that.
