ok,  I am using the online planner,  which I LOVE Smile

and now I am wondering how you plan a day.

we have some subjects together,  some they can do independently and some they need me for.  while juggling a household and 2 toddlers.

boy I am asking a loaded question arent I?

I highly recommend Sonya’s Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education book. It is the single most helpful resource on planning that I have ever seen. It walks you from the big picture & goals through – year – term – week – day breakdowns. It’s a terrific resource.

I know there is a planning series of posts on the blog here as well. Similar to the book, but not as much detail.

    HTH,

    Christie

Yep what Christie said!  I have an 8yo, 5yo, 3yo and 20 mo twins.  I could no way figure all that out myself. I just follow the book and viola school is planned!

I have followed the blog’s 5- step plan mentioned by Christie above for the last 3 years. It’s enough detail for me, but that would be a personal thing. Check it out and if it’s still not enough, then consider getting the book.
