How do you add extra credit points to an assignment?

    I want to make sure I’m doing this correctly; how do you add in extra credit points on an assignment?  Let’s say there are 48 problems and 2 extra credit problems. Your child gets one problem wrong but answers both extra credit problems correctly. Do you add the 2 extra points to the 47 (problems answered correctly) or to the percentage (98%)?
