My 7 year old wants to learn about how computers work. He wants to know about circuit boards and all of the mechanical parts. What is a good way to go about helping him learn about this? Everything I find is about programming. Books and online resources are both welcome. Thanks!

I have not watched any of these myself so check them out for yourself for suitability first.
