    Geography Matters posted on their Facebook page that Debbie Strayer unexpectedly passed away Saturday night. Please keep her family in your prayers. Debbie was the author of the Learning Language Arts through Literature series, edited Homeschooling Today magazine, and provided much counsel and encouragement to Christian homeschoolers. She will be missed.

    We will pray for her family. We’ve been blessed by her service to the homeschooling community for several years. We used the original Red LLATL when our older three were quite young. It is a sweet memory.

    Oh my. Debbie was a wonderful encourager and I always enjoyed speaking with her so much. She will be missed.

    How sad..I have not used any of her stuff but have heard a lot about her.
