I though I’d share my favorite side dish recipe for Thanksgiving. I hope others enjoy, too. I loathe canned or frozen creamed corn so It is a good thing that this is nothing like those!

That looks so yummy. Not sure I can wait until tomorrow to make it…

    Thanks Christie!

Jenni, I make it the day before and then add Parmesan when I reheat. It’s on the stove now. I could eat only this and be happy. I’m praying for your family and am thankful for your outlook during your treatment!

Thanks, Christi. Rhis is a recipe I don’t have in my ever-expanding recipe collection. I just took out my corn pan rolls-making the house smell good as my husband asks for one. He’s the toughest critic so if it pass his approval, I’m good. Pumpkin Pie is done and in the fridge. I finally found a spelt crust recipe I like and a filling recipe that satisfies me; using honey or maple syrup and sorghum as my sweetners.

I, too want to second what Christie said to you, Jenni.

Mmm sounds good. I will now have a recipe for my corn muffins.  I put creamed corn in my corn bread. It makes it so moist and good.  Thanks!   have a blessed holiday!  and everyone else here too. blessings also to you Jenni.
