    Hello,

    I have an 11th grader using the Early Modern Guide.

    if we are already schedule to read for American History “America: Our Story” what is the purpose or difference between “America: The Last Best Hope?

    America: Our Stories is more of an overview appropriate for all students in all grades. America The Last Best Hope is much more detailed with high school/adult level information. If your only student were 11th grade you could probably skip Our Stories and just read the Bennett book. If you have multi grades then you would read aloud Our Stories to everyone and then your high schooler would go deeper with The Last Best Hope.
