High school transcript question..

    When submitting your childs high school transcript do you list current courses they are taking for the year,  and just leave the grade blank? What do you do for the course credit/unit column? Do you leave blank since they haven’t earned that credit or put what credit the course is worth once they graduate?

    Not there yet (my oldest is in 10th) but I’d put in the credits but leave the grades blank.

    I just made a transcript for my daughter. I put an asterisk in the spot for the grade, and in a notes section I put that the asterisk indicated the current semester. I did list the credits.

    Just like Nebby says LOL.

    The transcript looked fine and the school we submitted it to looked it over and had no questions.

    I used the notation “IP” and noted at the bottom of the transcript that IP stands for “In Progress”. And I also included the credit, whether it was 1, 1/2 or whatever.
