HELP! Yearly Overview Document from SCM?

I was filling out the form for the Family on the computer that I downloaded from SCM and then realized that I need two others for Student. How can I get another form? What do I do for the forms that I need more than one? I’m kind of computer illiterate.
I’m really running behind and this process is taking awhile. Thanks for your help.

You can use the “Save As” function (under File) and save it under different names, so you then have multiple copies of it.
