HELP!! with organizer

OK Doug and Sonya, I have a friend that was so excited about the organizer and put in all her resources but never really learned how to use the organizer she is on dial up and wasn’t able to see any of the videos. I told her I could come over and give her a personal tutorial when she needed me to that was 6 weeks ago..no call until today I got the call.

 My question is…if she is several weeks behind on her resources is there anyway to click back on previous days and weeks for all of the resources at the same time? I know how to go back for each individual subject. But she has 6 kids, and LOTS of resources. I am planning on just starting her over and editing her start dates but if there was any way to record all the work they have been doing over the past several weeks that would THRILL my friend. If not I was planning on making a note in summary form (like SCM summary form) of all the past work.

 I was picturing if we could put in Oct. 2 at the top and then all the resources would pop up and then I would make the ones worked on or finished, then put in Oct 3 and then all the resources…is that possible? If not I wonder if that would be something we could put on the DREAM list for SCM. Thank you.
