Help! with CMO entering past assignments

    I started to enter the previous assignments (chapters, etc.) that we have already completed to get us up to date in the planner since we’re halfway through our term. Unfortunately I was misreading the calendar so I entered a bunch wrong. 🙁 I ‘removed’ them from my schedule and re-scheduled them since I can’t seem to change the date of a completed assignment past the most recent one completed. Then I entered them with the correct dates. But now I have two of everything! How can I get the incorrect ones off of my reports? I am too OCD to have that all on there and won’t be able to use it if I can’t fix this somehow. ARGH! I spent all day entering soooo much stuff in hopes this would work out. 🙁

    Contact customer support.  There is no way for you to remove the assigments done from the resources you removed from the schedule.   When I was new, I made a similarish mistake, and they were able to fix it up….

    In the future, I have found that if you remove all worked on / finished information on the most recent assignment – then refreshing the page, you can then edit the one before that, etc….    Unless you have removed the resource from the schedule, or “completed” the entire resource.

    Sorry I don’t have better news!

    Um, a double Thank You! I putzed around a bit with that and managed to pretty much fix my problem. 🙂 Some of the dates are still wrong but I can deal with that much easier than all those duplicate chapters completed!
