HELP w/ subscription payment

    I went into my subscription payment information in my account and something happened?  I must have hit something, but I just got a note from paypal saying you were cancelled.  It can’t be, there’s no way, what will I do?? LOL  So am I cancelled have you had enough of me Smile?  Please let me know what I need to do my month usually starts onthe 25th and can’t miss a day of this service!

    First of all, don’t worry about missing the service. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of. And your records are always safe. We keep them around for at least a year even if the account is canceled.

    I can’t tell why it was canceled but only that it is. PayPal says “user canceled” but they don’t give us any other useful information. We have seen PayPal do that before when someone changes their PayPal settings. I think it was changing the credit card they had on file or maybe even the e-mail address.

    In any case, you should be able to just go back into your CM Organizer account and re-subscribe. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you need a hand along the way.
