Help for Teaching U.S. History for High School the CM Way (Interesting Resources Needed!!)

I want to also say that I will appreciate any help/suggested resources I can get from those experienced at teaching high school U.S. History and Science (particularly biology this year) the CM way!  I feel so overwhelmed as I am trying to learn all this right now and put it into practice in a beautiful way that will attract our daughter to really learning.
