    Well it seems I can spend more time and visit here on a regular basis. I am looking forward to catching up and seeing how everyone is doing. We started back to school a week ago with just basics but are starting this next week with all of our other subjects. We are studying Mod. 1 and using the guide which I am so thankful to have!!!

    Shanna, I’ve wondered about you! We’re heading into our fourth week of academics. So far, everyone is still enthusiastic. We’ve hit upon a couple of neat ideas for this year, and I’ve really tried to be faithful in seeking God’s leading. I will have to add, though, that one huge influence this year has been the encouragement I have gained from this very website.

    Well, since you asked, I’ll tell you. I’m busy, but good. I so enjoy this forum and wish there was a way we could all get together and at least meet. Ya know?

    Please pray for our family. My husband is having a kidney transplant next Thursday, Oct. 2. He has been in kidney failure for almost 2 years now and a living donor has come forward and offered him a kidney. Is our God awesome or what?!

    Throughout all this – I am still my children’s teacher. My expectations are low, I’m not expecting to accomplish EVERYTHING I’d like to. But I’m sure I’ll feel compelled to try and do as much as I possibly can.
