I actually bought the actual footage VHS at our last library book sale. They were getting rid of TONS of VHS videos. I bought a lot of history and biography videos! I googled searched the video and it’s quite expensive to purchase. I only bought it for a quarter.

Forgive me! 🙂 Thanks for the correction.. 🙂 You are right. She was deaf from scarlet fever. I don’t know why I said blind. Maybe because we were talking about Hellen Keller. Anyway the picture was taken of Helen, her teacher , Alexander and his father and someone else., in Aug 29, 1901. it was at Alexander’s Nova Scotia cottage. 🙂 She was brought to him when she was 6 yrs old to have him help her with her speech. Because he was a teacher of the deaf. They were friends all of their lives. 🙂 I just thought it was remarkable that they were that close. 🙂
