Fellow moms, I am looking for healthy bread recipes. I love to make homemade bread but am trying to make it healthier and increase the protein/fiber in it. Can anyone share recipes? As I approach the ripe old age of 54, I am trying to lean towards a Mediterranean diet for myself and my family – increasing vegetables/fruits/fish/lean proteins. I currently eat a slice or two of Ezekial bread each day but it is expensive. I am also trying to lose weight. I am always open to suggestions. I have 15 pounds to lose and more than the weight, I want to feel healthy and energetic.
