R7blessings, we are a Real Food family, too. Eating traditionally is a way of life now, and we talk about it often as we cook, eat, shop, etc. I just wondered if you had some specific titles that you could refer me to that you and your children enjoyed alongside this resource? We don’t have a book on digestion lying around at the moment, and I’m not sure how much my children would enjoy Price’s Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.
Christie, I think this would make an excellent co-op class. Only one thing that might make it a little difficult: there are 2 different books, one for ages 6-11, one for ages 12 and up. The former is just a pdf printout that includes copywork, word finds, coloring pages, and information. The latter is meant to be the text for video classes for each lesson. The class as a whole is $115, and includes the video lessons as well as the text. If you did your co-op for ages 6-11, I think it would work beautifully; the pdf is only $20, so also very affordable. The other…not so much.
