Has anyone used the MacAulay DVD's instead of the books?

Hello!  I’m planning on making a return to SCM, starting tomorrow actually.  We’ve done Mods 1 and 2 in the past, then went with something else for a while.  I did buy Mod 3 at the time also.  So we’ll be doing Mod. 3 until we’re done, then hopefully in the fall we’ll start Mod. 4.  I’m really excited! 

I’m wondering if any of you have used the DVD’s instead of the MacAulay books.  I just thought maybe it would be a fun afternoon and lighten up the reading a little for me. 

Just a thought.
