Handbook of Nature Study

    I’m looking at purchasing “Handbook of Nature Study” By Anna Botsford Comstock. On Amazon I noticed a copyright 1986 and a copyright 2010. There are obviously some differences between the two – possibility just drawings? Does anyone know anything about potential changes? As we all know, change isn’t always the best when it comes to books. 🙂

    I know from what I’ve read that there are differences.  I’ve read that some sold on Amazon don’t have all the chapters that the original book does and that the illustrations are dark.  From what I remember, you want to buy the one that has the butterflies on the cover.  That’s the one I bought, although I think I bought mine off ebay.
