Gray dates on calendar

    Hi,

    I’m having an unusual problem this morning. When I tried to mark as done the work my students did yesterday, 9 /14, the date is unclickable. All the past dates are in gray except last week, and if it’s not gray, I can’t seem to click on it 

    Help anyone?

    Siouxe, are you looking at the dates that you see when you click the calendar icon or at the days that appear when you click the little green arrow beside the “Today” box? It’s set up to use the days of the past week for assignments within that time period (the ones that show up when you click the little green arrow) and the calendar for days that are older than one week. Does that help?

    I was clicking on the calendar. So the green arrow shows the prior week? Also, I just tried clicking on the green arrow and clicking that a lesson had been completed on Monday. Afterwards, Monday is still in green. Is that right? I guess I’m a little confused.

    When you’re looking at the week of days, any day that you have that resource scheduled on will be green. Any day that you don’t have that resource scheduled on will be gray but you can still check it off. The green and gray are just so you can see at a glance which days of the week you originally scheduled that resource.

    Thanks for the help, Sonya. I think I’m getting the hang of this. I just made the purchase for the monthly rate, and am really pleased with the organizer.
