    I lucked out at the used book store.

    I’ve been wanting an atlas, but I wanted Canada to be up-to-date.  As we got a new territory April 1, 1999, that means that most of the ones I’d see at used bookstores are out of date.

    Well, I found one – date was 2004!   It cost a little more than I usually would prefer at a used bookstore – but not way out there either.   Woohoo!

    That is great, and will be a blessing to your home – up to date resources especially maps are so important. Glad you found one…Linda

    Good for you!  I should really get a new atlas myself, especially in light of a new country formed in Africa this year.  The one I have I have used since at least high school, probably earlier.  Tongue out  I’m sure it’s fairly inaccurate………..

    My husband has a really old atlas…well maybe not THAT old, but it’s seen better days. Tongue out  I’m sure it’s very outdated, but we still like it because it has so much info in it!  More than we’ve ever found in any “newer” ones.  One of these days we’ll find one similar we can get that’s more updated…maybe. lol

    Hahaha!  I don’t even own and atlas!  Better get after it, huh?  Good for you, Suzukimom, for keepin’ your eyes peeled.  I always feel good when something like that happens.  We’re so blessed to have a community of crazy bibilophiles who share in our excitement LOLWink
