going vegan

botanicalmama- That is so sweet of you.  I do not think the military has naturopathic doctors.  We are currently in England and can only see the docs on base.  Once I am in the US I might find one but they would have to take the military insurance. We will be in Vegas or Tucson AZ.  I know in Tucson that we can go off base, but I am not sure about Vegas. 

My library actually had a few of the books you all recomended. I think the 1000 Vegan recipes is one of them.
