God's Design series: Animal Kingdom vs. World of Animals

    As I look at used books & the AIG site, I see there is an older book in the God’s Design for Life series called Animal Kingdom and a current one called World of Animals. Has anyone seen both of these, and are they very different? I’m thinking of using one of these for my 14yo autistic son, who asked to study animals and maybe insects this year. I may also throw in a couple of living science books, but the God’s Design books look good. He still reads at about a 3rd grade level, although his vocabulary is steadily increasing.

    I have only seen Animal Kingdom. Wish I could be of more help. I am doing Jack’s insects with my 4th grader. I read the chapter to her and we do the study guide/nature journal questions together. She adores it so far (we just started last week). Just thought I would mention it as an option for studying insects.
