I just made this cake for my birthday today. I wasn’t going to have cake since I’m losing weight, but the kids were dismayed. So, I made it as is with coconut oil and erythritol and everyone loved it and didn’t know what was in it. I made it in hiding today so I wouldn’t get ewwwws from the kids.
An added bonus is that one small piece is satisfying and has not made me want more as sugar/wheat cakes do.
