Are the Genevieve Foster books comprehensive enough to use as a history spine?

And is this the order they would go in?

    Augustus Caesar’s World: Ancient History
The World of Columbus and Sons: Renaissance and Reformation
The World of Captain John Smith
    The World of William Penn
    George Washington’s World: 1732 to 1799
The Year of the Horseless Carriage 1801
    Abraham Lincoln’s World

I can’t speak for all of them, but we used Augustus Caeser’s World as a spine for Roman history through MFW and it was great.

I consider them mostly “biographies with benefits” and schedule them as that.
