Gateway Timeout

    I keep trying to update my schedule and keep getting a 504 Gateway Time-out error. I have tried Chrome and Safari on my home network. I have even tried Chrome on my phone data, rather than WIFI to make sure it wasn’t something on my end. Out of trying about 10 times I got one item rescheduled. I have been having this problems on and off for days now. Any ideas?

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble using the CM Organizer. Could you send me a message through our contact form about this so that I can get a few more details about the problem? (The form will send me some technical details about your web browser and internet connection that will help me track down the problem, and I may need to ask you about some specific resources on your schedule.)

    Try Internet Explorer while they work on it…  I also reported this and Internet Explorer is working while Chrome isn’t….

    Shanna, we just did a fix that might have solved the problem you were seeing. Can you let me know if it’s still happening?

    Suzukimom, we’re still working on the one you reported. It turns out it’s a separate issue from the one Shanna is seeing.

    Ok, thanks.   The Gateway Timeout problem I was seeing has gone away for now too.   I’ll let you know about the rest…
