Gardening

I’m dreaming ahead to spring, in amidst our frigid winter. We plan on halting most of our lessons June 12th for the summer, but I don’t want to be “done” completely, and thought we would tackle a unit study over the summer. And I’d like to do gardening – learning about the seeds, their growth, production, care of, harvesting, nutrition etc…

Does anyone have suggestions for great books to read?
