From SOS/Lifepacs to Charlotte Mason for five.

    Hello.  We’ve used Rod & Staff, Lifepacs & SOS for 9 years.   I’m ready to go with Charlotte to have a more gentle, enjoyable homeschool.  I feel we just did school so we could get out and enjoy God’s creation outdoors, hiking, kayaking, backyard baseball, whatever, just be outside.  Well, I awoke one eve 1:45am and came across Queen Homeschool, then Simply Charlotte.  I feel it is a long time answer to prayer for God’s guidance in our homeschool.  SOS worked for a season, (mom and dad moved in, dad passed, mom has early dementia).  So, my question is what would you recommend I get to give me insight on the method so I am better prepared.  I did purchase the planner/dvd by Simply Charlotte.   However, am wondering if this will cover what I need or if I would benefit from the All Day Seminar.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I think you would greatly benefit from the All Day Seminar.

    I’ve just finished watching the All-Day Seminar and I completely recommend it. This is our first year homeschooling and I really feel that this exactly what I’ve been looking for to really understand how to implement CM methods with my boys.   I know it is going to be a perfect fit for our family!
