Okay, for some reason it won’t let me edit my previous post….and it is telling me the post is closed!

Here is the download link: http://www.guesthollow.com/homeschool/history/americanhistoryindex.html

I wanted to add that this is a one-year curriculum that goes just past the Civil War, to around 1870. So, good material for those studying Early Modern Times (module 5). The first 7 topics are about various Native Americans, then it launches into the discovery of North America.

If you download the materials in Microsoft Word, it says you can tweak and change it “to your heart’s content.”

I love the Guest Hollow site, don’t you? Smile

Looks like our spam filter went crazy and marked both of your threads as spam. I just rescued this one because it seems to have what you wanted to add to the original.

Thanks, there was one more (the last one I posted), but I honestly don’t remember what the third thread was about!

Oh, never mind….I just remembered it was Native American book suggestions, and that thread is intact.

It is a nice resource Sue.  I checked it out yesterday.  As we are studying early american history this year, I know we will use it along with the Queens A History of our World that I have.  Really looks fantastic!

Yes, I forgot to mention that I found it through the Homeschool Freebie of the Day, which you can sign up for here.
