Hi everyone,
** Please join me in a fun service project for a little boy who is battling leukemia! ***
Our son has a friend from our homeschool group who is five years old and is fighting leukemia for the second time in his short life. He’s going to be staying in the hospital quite a bit over the next few months, undergoing chemo and radiation, etc. This amazing boy loves firefighters. His family is gathering photos of people (or trucks, or firefighters, etc) at different fire stations and marking on a map where the photos come from. This will be his project while he is in the hospital. If you are interested in helping, please take a picture at your local fire station (or one you see while on vacation!) and email it to me at birthandearth@gmail.com. Be sure to include your first names and the address of the fire station. Thank you so much for helping bring joy to this little guy!

RachelWould you be willing to tell us the state (or province or country) the little boy lives in? I understand if you don’t feel comfortable sharing his first name, but my brother-in-law was wondering. He has two cousins who are firefighters in Ohio and his future son-in-law is a firefighter in Colorado, so we want to contact them to have them email pictures.
