    Hello! I have 2 girls, 10 & 8 (plus boys 6 & 4 who sometimes listen in). We are coming up on Term 2 of Module 4, and I still can’t decide whether the spine will be a good fit for us. Anyone out there read it aloud to kids this young with success?

    Hopefully others will chime in, but I read this to my dd when she was just turned 10 and it was over her head.  I had to explain a lot and I don’t think she remembers hardly anything…wish I would have gotten something different.  We did enjoy the Louise Vernon books.  Blessings, Gina

    Thanks for your response, Gina! We are really enjoying one of the Vernon books too. I will probably just stick with those. 🙂
