    Yes, olive oils works just fine as a carrier oil.

    My sister in law just informed me of the Rocky Mounatin Oils company.  They claim to offer oils comparable to Young Living at much more reasonable prices.  Here is their list of blends with the corresponding YL blend named.  

    Misty, if you want to infuse your whole house effectively and get the theraputic benefits of the oils for less than $100 it would probably be best to go with something like this. Then you have the option of diluting the oils with water (which doesn’t carry the aroma as far) or using it straight.  I can diffuse full strength oil upstairs and smell it throughout our 3 bdrm farmhouse within several hours.  Diluted in water, the scent covers a space roughly 30×15. A humidifier isn’t going to break down the oil particles small enough for your lungs to absob them, which is needed to receive maximum theraputic benefit. Using the oils topically is another great option, though.

    Thank you this is wonderful.  The price better and the link was nice.  I can do $70 as a starter option.  Yes I see lots of poeple on the RM site that use them over YL for the price.
