Equipment, to make the bread dough?

    So I am finding a lot of bread recipes you have given me that make double or more batches.  I have split them down to try them because I have a Sunbeam and it will not do more than 1 or sometimes a double batch.

    So I asked my dh if we could try and get something for me to make more at a time.  And things are up in the air but promising for me:)

    So what do you use to make your dough in?  Thanks Misty

    For 10 years I used my two hands, the counter and a big metal bowl for raising, usually two or three loaves at a time.  Last year I bought a Bosch and I LOVE IT.  I can make 6 loaves of bread at a time and the only work I need to do is measure the ingredients.

    Bosch Universal here too – It is my favorite kitchen servant – I love it!

    Wow Bosch is winning .. is there anyone special or I would need to know before looking for one?  Or will any Bosch do?  (My dh might like this one as he likes there power tools??LOL)

    I just got a Bosch. What are the needed attachments. My kitchen aid was about ten years old and the bowl kept popping off.
