Entering nature study

    I am new to using the organizer and I have a question about Nature Study.  We usually pick a day when the weather is the most agreeable and do a nature study.  The day of the week is not always the same, so I can’t schedule it ahead of time.  Is there a good way to enter such an event after the fact (in order to log what we have done in accordance with our state requirements), without scheduling it forward to other days?

    I am new to the organizer as well, and I am wondering if you can just schedule it daily and only check off as completed on the day you were able to do nature study.  Maybe??

    That is a good idea…it would show up every day, but only show completed on the report once per week.  I might try that…thanks Heather!

    You can schedule it daily, and only mark it off when you do it, or you could schedule it on a specific day (say Saturday), and when you do it, mark it off on the day you do it.  To access it, at the bottom of the daily plan, click on “show resources not scheduled” (or similar wording…) – and it will be listed there.
