Elizabethan Crafts or Cooking Ideas/ Websites???

We are hosting a book club this Monday and the book is set in Elizabethan London…I am having trouble finding crafts, coloring pages and recipes that would help us in our discussion of the book.
Have any ideas of crafts from this time period? Or any links online??
Coloring pages or paper dolls that would help them visualize all the parts of an ‘ensemble’ would help, too…but I don’t know where to find these, either.
I also didn’t realize that the wealthy Elizabethans ate almost excusively meat and alcohol!! Any ideas of alternatives I could feed to a gaggle of 10-12 year old girls??
