Download sample not working

    I am able to download the samples from the website with Safari.  But I am not able to download them with Firefox.  It says that I need a plug-in, but then says that there are no compatible plug-ins available.  Could you please point me to the plug-in that I need?  I prefer Firefox and would like to be able to download the sample with Firefox.

    I had the same problem, but was able to right click on the link to down load the sample and click “Open link in New Tab” and then it opens.  Not sure why this works, but it does!

    If you don’t right-click then it’s attempting to open it in your browser. Safari (and Chrome) take care of that automatically but Firefox would need something like the free Adobe Reader installed.

    Everything else in Firefox has always opened with Preview.  Is there a way to force Firefox to open this window with Preview?

    We don’t do anything special that should cause it not too so double-check your Firefox settings and maybe verify that a PDF from elsewhere behaves differently. Please let us know what you find out. Thanks.
