Doug ~ HELP!

    Doug,

    I got this email from Julie “lovinmomma” today.  She asked me to post this for you:

    Seriously!  Their website is the only one that will not work for me.  Is there any way that you would post to the forums and ask for help for me to get access to their webpage?  Pretty please?  This is what happens:  I have tried doing a google search, typing in the URL, and pressing on my normal favorites link to their website homepage.  It says “internet explorer can not display the webpage”.  This is the ONLY website that I am havign trouble with.  I checked to see if possibly my filters were filtering it out for some reason, but “no content on this page is being blocked.”

    Thanks for passing along the message Cindie.

    Please have her contact us by e-mail at helpdesk [at] simplycharlottemason [dot] com. (You should be able to figure out how to alter that address to make it work. I didn’t want to post a normal e-mail address publicly where the spammers can pick it up.)

    I’m hoping there is more to the error message than “internet explorer can not display the webpage”. Please ask her to double-check and give me the whole message if there is more. It would also be useful to know what the URL (web address) is at the top of the browser window.
