    Hello,

    I was just wondering if anyone has used the Keepers Of The Faith 18″ doll making pattern. My 8dd is very interested in this and I would like to get it for her but I would like to know a little more of what it involves and what is included when I purchase this pattern. It doesn’t say much about what is included or difficultly level, etc. Does anyone know if any materials are included, or if this is just a pattern? And, if I am helping her, do you think that this would be an appropriate project for an 8 yo? I don’t want this to be so hard that she is frustrated trying to do this and then be upset that I was the one that actually did most of it. KWIM? I would be appreciative of anyone with some experience with this product who is willing to share some insight. thanks!

    I don’t know about that pattern, but the book Made By Me (amazon.com) is a GREAT beginner craft book for girls, with an easy doll pattern included.

    Thanks! I will check that book out, her birthday is coming up and something like that may be perfect for her!
