Do you keep the daily assignment report — or toss it?

I’ve just happily updated our school work for our first day this year and couldn’t be happier. I was wondering if most people hang on to the printed daily check-off list or toss it? Between two kids and family work I would end up with over a ream of paper by the end of the year.

I’m a bit old-school and like having the paper back-up….just in case; know what I mean? Is it silly to keep all that paper? I’ve tossed it three times today; only to keep taking it out of the trash, thinking I just might need it.

Do you keep it? Why? Why not?

I keep it for the term, then toss it in our recycle paper for the kids to draw on the back.

You have the option to print your reports for any time you set, so you can do it by the week, the month, the term, or the year. That way you could keep a nice paper copy without all the smudges and markings. 😉

I double print on it, then toss it (or use it to kindle a fire). I print out a summary report (sometimes a detailed one for some subjects) and attendance reports at the end of the year.

    Hi dlibby1angel :)!

I love keeping those kinds of papers because I feel that they are still useful. I do have a special box for those papers so that they won’t look very untidy.

    :)!

Thank you ladies, your input was helpful. I’ve decided to keep them for at least this first term. I do make reminder notes on them that won’t get entered anywhere, but are helpful to me. Having them handy will make sure I address those items. Thanks again!

Sure, I’m glad that I was able to help you out dlibby1angel :)!
