I just wanted to chime in our favorites. I also liked the book “The Great Dinosaur mystery and the Bible” This is my favorites because it tells different stories of Dinosaurs that were sited and documented through time. I also liked Kent Hovands video’s about Dinosaurs. He has interveiwed people who have seen actual Dinosaurs that are still around today. His videos are very educational and scientific. He tells why the earth is only about 6000 years old and how it can’t be millions. Why there couldn’t be a big bang unless it was the one God created. He was a Science Teacher and has the Creation Museum in Pensecola, Florida. I recommend any of his material. There is no copy writes on his materials so you could make a copy for yourself if you can get it in at the library.
We also traveled to Glenrose, Texas to see the footprints of humans and Dinosaurs together. That is very interesting. My oldest daughter was having a hard time beieiving in intellegent design. (public school taught) We took her there for spring break and she was convinced after seeing all of the evidence first hand. I would recommend at least one trip to this place to anyone who has sceptical teenagers. 🙂 I do like Hovands videos better but to see actual prints is a great way to go. I would suggest to go in the summer though when the river is down.
My son can’t find his favorite Dinosaur books. His little sister was reading them yesterday. Otherwise I would give you a list of his favorites. One his oldest sister bought him because of his love for Dinosaurs. He also has an A-Z Dinosaur Encyclopedia. He found a fossil last week and thinks it is a dinosaur tooth. 🙂 He watched a video on Utube and it looks like that one! 🙂 I love his imagination he had a wild story to go with it too.
I hope you find many books to spark his creative mind. Blessings!
