Did I miss something about a CM Organizer upgrade?

    Help!!!  All of a sudden, my CM Organizer will not let me create a report going back any further than the past month.  It brings up a message telling me I only have a Basic Account and that I have to upgrade to create reports longer than a month ago, have more than 20 resources, etc.  Did I miss some announcement about an account upgrade?

    I have been paying $7.95 per month for a couple of years now, so how much is this going to cost me?  Guys, I am trying to figure out what my DD17 has left to do this year and see if she can graduate early.  Please help!

    So sorry about that. You didn’t miss an upgrade announcement. The CM Organizer and our store aren’t communicating correctly right now and as a result some subscriptions aren’t renewing the way they should. We’re working on fixing it.

    I just fixed your account and you should be able to access all your reports now.
