Dictation/Spelling method question…

    When using the dictation method for spelling, we correct mispelled words as they are written correct?  What do you use for this?  It seems it would get costly to use those narrow little post it strips…..anybody have an inexpensive way of doing this?

    Using the self-stick notes should be rare, Debbie. If the children have prepared the passage ahead of time, and you have double checked that they’re ready and have learned the words and all, then misspellings should be the exception during the dictation rather than a regular occurrence.
