diappearing posts

    Only about every other of my posts ever makes it to the forum.  Two that I spent a good deal of time on and thought were important have disappeared.  This is happening often and I am quite discouraged.

    That is frustrating and I am sorry that it is happening. It has happened to me before and while I can’t fix it myself, the SCM team has been great to help me work through it.

    Sometimes posts go into the spam trap and if you alert them they will release the posts.

    The quickest and easiest way to get help is to send them a contact email explaining the issue. Then they know right away to look at it and you aren’t waiting for them to notice a thread on the forum. In case you haven’t sent them a contact email, here is a link to the contact form:

    Exactly as sheraz said. Usually when your post disappears, it’s because our automatic spam filter is holding it for moderation. If you send in a contact e-mail, I can rescue it. I just freed your posts, Benita. 🙂
