    My kids enjoyed Thoughts to Make Your Heart Sing.  It’s simple, and beautifully illustrated.

    The Story Bible

    The Jesus Storybook Bible

    Hymns for a Kid’s Heart (combines hymn study & devotional)

    We have really enjoyed Devotions for the Children’s Hour (GREAT, deep discussions with this one), and Leading Little Ones to God. And we are also always reading through the Catherine Vos story Bible.
